Here's how it works and why hosting is worth doing.
What a Botox party looks like
Setting: Alesca's private Lancaster studio, closed to walk-ins. It's your crew for the duration.
Time: Usually 2-3 hours. Longer for larger groups.
Vibe: Champagne + fresh snacks + soft music. Not a clinical med spa vibe — more like a friend's living room with medical-grade care.
Care: Every guest gets: - 15-minute private consultation with Morgan - Individualized Botox plan (no cookie-cutter dosing) - Actual injection in our treatment room (privacy) - Return to the group for post-appointment hangout
Group activities (optional): - Discussion of upcoming beauty prep for bride/event - Before/after Q&A with Morgan - Skincare recommendations - Group photos (post-Botox settling — day 7+ ideal for wedding photos)
Group size
- Minimum: 4 guests
- Sweet spot: 6-10 guests
- Maximum: 15 guests (larger groups need extended time slots)

Hosting isn't free labor — you get perks:

- Rushed appointments: Every guest gets full 15-min consultation. Party doesn't compromise care.
- Discount to compromise quality: Same product (real Allergan Botox), same technique, same aftercare instructions as your solo appointment.
- Sales upsells during appointment: No one's trying to sell you filler while you're in the chair.
How to book a Botox party

- Reserve the studio: Non-refundable $100 booking fee that applies toward host's own Botox on the day
- Send party invitation to your group with individual booking link (each guest confirms + fills quick medical history)
- Party day: Arrive 15 min early. Guests come + go on the shared schedule.
Alternative: mobile Botox parties (off-site)
For events where you'd rather host at your home, hotel suite, or Airbnb:
- Available in Lancaster + York area
- Requires 8+ confirmed guests
- Additional fee for mobile setup: $200 flat
- Same medical safety standards — sterile setup, proper sharps disposal

- Book 2-4 weeks ahead for popular Friday/Saturday slots
- Book 4-6 weeks ahead during bridal season (April-October)
- Weekday parties: More scheduling flexibility, easier to accommodate large groups

Common questions
Can I get filler at the party? Yes — but book separately from your Botox appointment. Filler + Botox same day is fine, but takes longer. Additional 20 min per guest.
Can non-guests come to hang out (not get Botox)? Yes — plus-one supporters are welcome. Costs nothing.
What about pregnant guests / breastfeeding? Not candidates for Botox. But welcome to hang, snack, take photos.
Can we do this virtually? No — Botox requires in-person injection. But Alesca offers group virtual consultations for out-of-town wedding parties.
Refund policy? Booking fee ($100) is non-refundable BUT applies to host's own Botox on party day. If host cancels, fee is forfeit.
