Renewed confidence. Personalized botox in Lancaster, PA

WHAT WE OFFER
Looking to freshen up your look with a bit of Botox? Look no further! Alesca Aesthetics is your go-to medical spa for Botox near you. Wrinkles, lines, and furrows caused by the natural movement of facial muscles can be a thing of the past. Our botox is a purified form of botulinum toxin that works its magic by temporarily blocking nerve impulses to specific muscles, leaving your skin looking smooth, refreshed and lessening signs of aging.*
Alesca Aesthetics is your personalized option for Botox injections in Lancaster, part of our full med spa menu. The whole in-office procedure takes just 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of units, and you can get back to your day right after.*
Every treatment is performed by Morgan White, MSN — a Master’s-prepared nurse injector with a critical care background and 20+ years of combined medical and aesthetic experience. That means precise dosing, natural-looking results, and honest guidance on whether Botox is even the right treatment for your goals. Sometimes it is. Sometimes microchanneling, lip filler, or a medical-grade facial is a better fit. Morgan will tell you either way.
Botox at Alesca is priced transparently: $13 per unit. No packages, no unit inflation, no surprise upsells. The lip flip is a flat $150. Read our Botox pricing guide for Lancaster for a full cost breakdown across the market.

Frequently Asked Questions About Botox
Explore common questions about our services
What is Botox?
Botox is a cosmetic injectable treatment derived from botulinum toxin type A. It’s used to temporarily reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and fine lines by relaxing the underlying muscles. For volume loss rather than wrinkles, you may want to explore lip filler or cheek filler instead.
How much does Botox cost at Alesca Aesthetics?
Upper face Botox (forehead and crow's feet) is $13 per unit. Lip flip is a flat rate of $150. All other areas are $13 per unit. The number of units you need depends on your treatment areas and goals — Morgan will give you an exact quote during your consultation. We also offer flexible payment plans through Cherry financing with 0% APR options.
What is the difference between Botox, Jeuveau, and Daxxify?
All three are neurotoxins that work by relaxing facial muscles to smooth wrinkles. Botox is the most established (FDA-approved since 2002). Jeuveau was designed specifically for cosmetic use and may kick in slightly faster. Daxxify is the newest option and can last up to 6–9 months — nearly double the duration of traditional Botox. During your consultation, Morgan will help you choose the best option for your goals.
How do I prepare for my first Botox appointment?
Avoid blood-thinning medications (like aspirin or ibuprofen), alcohol, and fish oil supplements for 24–48 hours before your appointment to minimize bruising. Come with a clean face — no makeup on the treatment areas. Other than that, no special preparation is needed. Morgan will walk you through everything during your consultation.
Do you offer Botox parties in Lancaster?
Yes! Alesca Aesthetics offers mobile Botox parties — perfect for girls' nights, bridal parties, or any group gathering. Morgan brings the full Alesca experience to you. Email info@alescaaesthetics.com to inquire about availability and group pricing.
How does Botox work?
Botox works by blocking nerve signals to the muscles, preventing them from contracting. This results in smoother, more youthful-looking skin in the treated areas with minimal downtime.
What areas can Botox treat?
Botox is commonly used to treat fine lines and wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows (glabellar lines), and around the eyes (crow's feet). It can also be used for other purposes such as reducing the appearance of neck bands and lifting the corners of the mouth.
Is Botox safe?
Yes, when administered by a qualified medical professional, Botox is considered safe. It has been approved by the FDA for cosmetic use and has a long history of successful and safe usage when administered correctly.
How long does Botox last?
The effects of Botox typically last between 3 to 6 months, but this can vary depending on individual factors such as metabolism, muscle activity, and the area treated.
Is Botox painful?
Most people experience minimal discomfort during the Botox injection process. The needles used are very fine, and some practitioners offer topical numbing creams or ice packs to minimize any discomfort.
Are there any side effects of Botox?
While side effects are rare, they can include temporary bruising, swelling, redness, or mild headaches. These usually resolve within a few days after treatment.
Who is a good candidate for Botox?
Good candidates for Botox are generally healthy adults bothered by dynamic facial wrinkles (lines that appear when you move — smile, frown, squint). Patients under 25 rarely need Botox. Patients 25–35 may consider baby Botox for prevention. Patients 35+ typically see the strongest visible improvement. Not appropriate during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you have myasthenia gravis, ALS, or Lambert-Eaton syndrome. Morgan screens for contraindications at every consultation.
Can I get Botox while breastfeeding or pregnant?
No. Botox is not FDA-approved for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. While there is limited research suggesting minimal risk, standard medical practice is to defer all elective aesthetic injections until after pregnancy and weaning. If you’re trying to conceive, discontinue Botox and wait through one full cycle before actively trying. Alesca will not treat pregnant or breastfeeding patients under any circumstances.
What's the aftercare protocol after Botox?
The first 4 hours matter most. Stay upright — no lying flat, no bending forward, no facial massage or aggressive touching. For the first 24 hours: no exercise, no alcohol, no hot showers or saunas, no rubbing the treated areas. Sleep propped up on 2 pillows for the first night. Full recovery is instant — most clients return to work the same day. Read our full Botox aftercare guide for the complete protocol.
When will I see results?
Initial softening appears at days 3–5. Full effect around days 10–14. Do NOT judge your results before day 14 — asymmetry or partial effect at day 7 is normal and usually resolves. Morgan schedules a complimentary 2-week follow-up for new clients to assess results and add small touch-ups if needed. Effects typically last 3–4 months, then gradually soften. Rebook before you fully lose the effect for continuous smooth results.
How often should I get Botox?
Most Alesca clients rebook every 3–4 months. Aggressive muscle activity (chronic clenchers, athletic types, high-stress professionals) may benefit from every 3 months. Milder or preventative-focused patients may stretch to every 4–5 months. Consistent cadence — not aggressive dosing — is what produces the best long-term results. Read our baby Botox guide for prevention-focused dosing schedules.
Can Botox help with migraines or TMJ pain?
Yes. Botox is FDA-approved for chronic migraine treatment (15+ migraines per month), and off-label used for TMJ dysfunction, teeth grinding (bruxism), and tension headaches. Masseter Botox in particular can dramatically reduce jaw clenching and associated headaches while also slimming the lower face. Read our masseter Botox guide for a full breakdown. Morgan will discuss whether functional Botox is appropriate at consultation.
Do you offer payment plans for Botox in Lancaster?
Yes. We offer Cherry Financing with 0% APR options subject to credit approval. Approval takes 60 seconds at your appointment — no hard credit check for pre-approval. You can split a $260 Botox visit into 4 payments of $65, or spread larger treatments across 6–12 months. Ask at your appointment.
What happens if I stop getting Botox?
Your muscles gradually return to their pre-Botox activity level over 3–4 months. No withdrawal, no rebound effect. Wrinkles that had been softening will slowly become visible again. Your face will look like it did before your first Botox — not worse. There’s no medical harm in stopping.
Some clients notice that after years of consistent Botox, their target muscles are slightly weaker even after stopping — a natural result of muscle atrophy from disuse. This is subtle and usually welcome. Long-term Botox users often need fewer units to maintain results over time.
