1. Product brand. Juvederm and Restylane are the two dominant HA filler brands. Juvederm is slightly more expensive to purchase wholesale. We use Juvederm because it's what Morgan prefers for lip work — smoother texture, better integration, and Alesca receives Allergan's official pricing.
2. Provider credentials. An MSN nurse injector or physician commands higher pricing than an RN or aesthetician-assisted injector. There's a reason: 4+ years of graduate medical training + prescriptive authority + higher malpractice coverage. You're paying for judgment, not just the product.
