NOW WELCOMING NEW CLIENTS — DOWNTOWN LANCASTER
Need a new injector? Bring your treatment plan.

Changing med spas shouldn't mean starting over. Bring your records, your photos, or just what you remember — Morgan will match your plan or tell you honestly what she'd adjust and why. Published flat pricing, one injector every visit, and a complimentary B12 shot on your first visit.
SWITCHING, STEP BY STEP
Four steps, and nothing starts from scratch
1. Bring what you have
Old receipts, a treatment record, photos on your phone, or just "about 40 units in my forehead and elevens." Any of it helps. None of it is required.
2. Morgan reviews your history
She'll look at where you were treated, how much, and how it settled — then tell you what she'd keep the same and what she'd change.
3. Match or adjust — your call
If your last plan worked, we replicate it. If something felt heavy or uneven, we fix it. You decide before anything is injected.
4. Know the cost upfront
Every price is published on this page. You'll know your total before you're in the chair, not after.
WHY CLIENTS SWITCH TO US
What changes when you move to Alesca
The same injector, every visit
Morgan White, MSN — Master's-prepared nurse injector. Not a rotating staff, not whoever's on shift. She learns your face and remembers it.
Your history carries over
Bring records or photos and we build on what already worked. No forced reset, no starting your treatment plan from zero.
Published pricing
Botox $13/unit, lip filler $700 flat — printed on this page, not revealed after a consult. Same price for everyone, every visit.
Conservative dosing
Morgan says no when less is more. If you've ever left an appointment feeling overdone, this is the difference you'll notice first.
130+ five-star reviews

Free B12 on your first visit
Every new client gets a complimentary vitamin B12 energy shot. Our regulars pay to add it — you get it on us.

What people ask before switching
The honest answers to the six questions we hear most from new clients
Will I look different with a new injector?
That's the fear worth taking seriously, and the honest answer is: only if you want to. Every injector has a slightly different technique, which is exactly why Morgan starts by looking at what you've had done rather than imposing her own plan. If your previous results were good, she replicates the approach. If something consistently bothered you — heaviness in the forehead, a brow that dropped, unevenness — tell her and she'll adjust for it.
The bigger risk isn't switching injectors. It's switching to a practice where you see someone different every visit and nobody remembers what worked last time.
Do I have to start over from scratch?
No. If you bring any record of what you've had — a receipt, a treatment note, photos, or even a rough memory of units and areas — Morgan builds on it. You're not resetting your treatment plan, you're transferring it.
The one thing that does change: timing. Botox wears off gradually over 3–4 months, so book when you'd normally be due rather than waiting for it to fully disappear. Coming in slightly early is fine and usually gives a smoother transition.
Can you match my previous dosing exactly?
If you know it, yes — Morgan can match unit counts and treatment areas precisely. If you don't know it, she'll estimate conservatively from your photos and how your muscles move, then adjust at your two-week follow-up.
She'll also tell you if she disagrees with your previous plan and why. You're free to overrule her and keep what you had. It's your face and your call — but you'll get her actual opinion, not a sales pitch.
What if I don't know how many units I had?
Completely normal — most spas never tell you. Come in anyway. Morgan will assess your muscle movement, ask what you liked and didn't, and start from a conservative estimate. You can always add more at a follow-up; you can't take Botox out once it's placed.
Going forward you'll always know your numbers. Your unit count and areas are documented at every visit, and the price list is published on this page.
Do you charge a consultation fee?
No. Your consult happens at your appointment, with Morgan, at no additional cost. There's no separate consult visit to book and no fee to "apply toward treatment later."
You'll also know the price before you book — Botox is $13 per unit and lip filler is $700 flat, published right on this page. Nothing is quoted after the fact.
How soon can I get in?
Usually within a week, often sooner. Booking takes about 60 seconds online — no phone tag, no deposit games.
Fair warning: Alesca is a solo-injector practice, which is the point, but it also means the calendar is genuinely finite. If you're due for treatment in the next few weeks, book now rather than waiting until you're overdue.
